Professor Saim Memon is a UK-based CEO and Industrial Professor of Renewable Energy Engineering whose work sits at the practical intersection of academic discovery, industrial R&D, and scalable market deployment, with a clear focus on technologies that deliver measurable energy and carbon reduction. He holds a PhD in Mechanical, Electrical, and Manufacturing Engineering from Loughborough University, an MSc in Mechatronics from Staffordshire University, a PGCE from the University of Aberdeen, and a first-class BEng (Hons) in Electrical Engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and holds Qualified Teacher Status awarded by the General Teaching Council for Scotland.
